The Packserv Single Head Filling Machine is suitable for filling thin liquids, creams, and pastes. Designed to handle a wide range of product viscosities, it can also fill products containing suspended solids, making it suitable for personal care applications. A special valve is also available for hot fill applications (i.e. >149° F), allowing for hot and cold filling. This flexibility makes it ideal for businesses packaging temperature-sensitive products.
The filler’s hygienic cylinder design allows for fast dismantling and easy access to wet parts, enabling quicker changeovers and more thorough cleaning. Several product supply methods, such as hoppers and inlet assemblies, can be used to suit your product characteristics and production requirements.
