The Twin Head Auto Liquid Filler is a fully automatic filling machine designed for products such as liquids, creams, and pastes. Compact and heavy-duty, its all-pneumatic design supports continuous production while remaining easy to operate and clean. Trolley mounted with lockable castors, it integrates seamlessly with automated conveyors and includes a “no-bottle, no-fill” system with container gating for accurate, low-waste filling. Positive shut-off nozzles and a bottom-up fill system handle a wide range of product viscosities, including products with suspended solids. Fast dismantle cylinders and multiple product feed options support efficient cleaning, changeovers and safe operation.
