Semi-Automated Vial Extraction Machine

This sterile extraction system is a configurable, compliance-ready platform designed for 503B outsourcing facilities, CDMOs, Hospital Compounding Centers with cGMP infrastructure, Sterile Fill-Finish Manufacturers and other cGMP-regulated environments. It enables the extraction of sterile contents from vials into a collection bag. Sterility assurance can be achieved through validated sterile filtration and terminal sterilization. The system supports both aseptic and non-aseptic workflows, making it ideal for upstream processing of sterile starting materials prior to final fill-finish.

Deployment options include a standalone unit suitable for integration within a biosafety cabinet or a mobile, height-adjustable workstation that houses the electrical enclosure and an integrated tote for used vial collection. The platform is compatible with ISO 5 / EU Grade A air quality standards when used within appropriate containment such as RABS or isolators, ensuring contamination control in high-risk environments.
